Nursing Priorities
A blog for nurses
A blog site focusing on ideas and education for nurses
Welcome to Nursing Priorities, a website focused on the development of nurses. Priority is a word many in healthcare are seeing today. Student nurses dread the questions asking them to select the priority option. However, all nurses must identify priorities in their patient interactions, learning, and self-care. This blog aims to help nurses improve their knowledge and skills in order to identify their priorities and take appropriate actions.
This platform will offer blog posts focusing on the various phases of nursing career development. Posts will include pre-nursing, the nursing student experience, and professional nursing practice. At some point, blog ideas for advanced practice nurses may be added.
All nurses must be able to make clinical judgments leading to priority actions. Only through ongoing learning and practice can nurses reach excellence in practice. Ideas, tips, and tricks will be shared to help all nurses. I’m Nurse Kath and am passionate for nursing and nursing education. I have experience as a staff nurse, nurse educator, and nurse practitioner. I want to share my knowledge and ideas with others. I’m glad you’re here! You comments and feedback are welcome.
